Good news for Bock's back

Nathan Bock has been told he can increase his training workload with a view to playing in about four or five weeks.
The Crows defender, who has not played this season because of a stress fracture in the back, is expecting to resume running this week and has his eyes on a return to the SANFL early next month.
"We will see how things go but it's great to be cleared to do some extra work," Bock said.
Bock’s back showed signs of a stress reaction in early March month but further scans a few weeks later revealed this had turned into a stress fracture.
Several Crows came off the injury list late last week. Tyson Edwards (ankle) returned to the side to play Essendon while Bernie Vince (quad), Jason Porplyzia (knee) and Luke Jericho (shoulder) all played in the SANFL.
And although South Adelaide had the SANFL bye, Jason Torney's return from a quad tear continued when he played with the Eagles' reserves.
