Really, would we expect anything different?

I don't want to be a party pooper, but all 16 teams are confident of a top8 finish in November.

The reality is we have some very, very hard yards ahead of us. We have lost our best player in James Hird and the most prolific coach in the competition in Kevin Sheedy.

Let's just see what happens shall we? Personally, I think it's gonna take us at least a year or two to be at the pointy end.
