Not only for kicking 10, but also refusing the temptation to make it all about you and refuse the interview on Foxtel after the games.

They are dirty as at ya, but **** em!! :)

One of the best Tigers experience's ive had for a long time :)

Now we just need the Socceroo's to get a win tonight!

Did anyone hear the Foxtel commentator express their disappointment that Jack declined the interview. Instead Jack decided to celebrate with the team - which I think is fair enough.

of course it was all about jack today, would have been good to hear from him

if it wasnt about jack then why would 17 team mates come and celebrate your 10th goal with you?

because it was a team effort?

dick:rolleyes:

Jack refusing the interview is one of the best signals i have seen to suggest that this gen of kids and damian's ethics are going to move this club forward.

well done to Connors today too - 8 weeks for stuffing up and came back and performed well.

Did the SEN interview, just shows what contempt the club hold some news outlets in.......About time.

re: why he didnt' speak. Chris Newman did say Jack wanted to celebrate with his team mates and fans before speaking to the media.

Anyhow, SEN did speak to him in the rooms.

Yeah, I heard the SEN interview. Even in that interview he was talking about his teams mates and showing the Richmond supporters hope for the future rather than himself. Which is a great sign.:thumbsu:
He spoke well, and it was good to hear speak about his team players. We don't to create a culture that is all about one player. In the end, it's a team effort.

Fantastic from the young fella. Was really hoping he'd kick it in the end as 10 goals is something you rarely see. Even if I was on the receiving end.

I've got a bit of a soft spot for the tige's (thanks to my brother) and just felt the urge to come on here and say you guys deserved that win. Great effort. And Roo2 is definantly working for you!! What a great performance from a dead set star of the future. Combine that with Martin, Cotchin, Dea etc etc... got some good young blokes coming through. Hopefully in a few years time I'll be coming back on here wishing you guys good luck in the GF. ;):thumbsu:

So happy I was there to see the game... I don't remember too many games that well especially during the dark ages. But I remember Richo's big game clearly and im sure I will remember this one for the rest of my life.

On ya Jack!

Has really fixed his kicking up. Very good set shot now and is a star! Lock him in at FF for 10years! Also, sign him up now!! I think he is out of contract next year!

It was Dwayne Russell.

He actually compared him to LeBron James & Kobe Bryant, saying those guys will actually give interviews.

Hate Russell with a passion.

yes Dwit Russell certainly took it personally haha As a Tiger viewer I'd have like to hear from Jack but he has taken some flak from Fox in the past and can understand that. Awesome display of kicking Jack and an amazing turn around from the misses early in the year when many on this forum were bagging you
