Full of crap about what?.....I have made no bold statements ..that I dont rate Bentick ?....so what?.....there are dozens on here that dont either....I have made no other claims about anything really other than about JK smashing AB and McClaren in 800s at pre season a few years back.

I did claim it was obvious in advance that Teague, Blackwell and Saddo would be delisted......I dont call that bold.

The Mods have nothing to work out or no reason to as there is not much to see here.

Last nights threads were closed - end of story, I have abused nobody today.

You should just stick to minding your own business.

Can guarantee you I am a mad Blues fan that dosnt rate Bentick, got attacked for stating it, and as you say got into a pissing contest with 5.

When I get attacked personally for stating an opinion I hit back, as many others do.

End of story

Damn, stumbled across this and I am about to leave for the rest of the day/night again. I can't make sense of it just yet and received no reported posts.

It does appear though that we have two issues. One is abuse between Carlton posters. This can not happen and if reported we are duty bound to action it. We don't want to lose any of our diverse and interested group of posters so if moderation occurs, I can only hope that people are practical about it and realise it is not possible.

Secondly, it was requested some time ago that over the top criticism of players is not kosher. Duds, spuds, ***** etc etc etc is never an acceptable way to talk about our players. Criticise footskills, criticise reluctance to get the hard ball, foot speed, durability, consistency ... whatever. Play the ball, not the man. As an official player sponsor, we don't want the seedy side of free speech to go too far and give us a bad name with the club. Not saying we have to blow smoke up their back passages by any stretch but surely we can rise above the crap and be articulate in our criticisms.

Having said that, I haven't had time to read through the Bentick threads yet.

All I can say to other posters who don't like what is posted, is to report it ..ask the question, respond articulately as I know most of you are capable but don't take matters into your own hands and risk infraction.

Hopefully this is just off season steam letting and nothing more.

How where you attacked personally, 4blues asked you to stick to the thread, you wouldnt so he called you a flog or what ever and you went on with the personal attack, i may be new but i can see how people dislike you.

Before you end the story - be man enuf to state that it turns out 5 was not the one that attacked you ( and the OP only called you a flog for heavens sake)

Other than that we beg to differ on whether AB has only ever played 1/10 good games (yeah - I am guilty of calling this statement ridiculous)

This is the first post by you responding to my poll.

I admit you did not call me a halfwit or a flog ( it was the retiree 4 blues) , rather a sickpuppy - more interested in stroking himself than supporting our team

Such abuse for opening a valid poll in which there was only the question asked if Jacko deserved the flick before AB

I could have been nicer but man we were debating AB on a thread and instead of backing up whether he has only played 1/10 goodies you started a poll elsewhere - I felt obligated (a bit like a White Knight lol) to let people know your motivation for starting the new thread - understand what I meant by 'your motivation' now.

I suppose I could have pollitis - the very first post I ever made on BF was turned into a debate by bluebear - at least he told me he was moving the debate elsewhere but being my first post I did not even know what a poll was - I love bluebear nowadays (not in an AB sort of way mind you - see below) but you are going to be a much bigger challenge Doh

I will figive you for the thread that was deleted where you said I was up AB's arse - not very nice either ;)

No idea re the motivation thing - Bentick or Jacko was a seperate issue for me
As I said I tried to ammend the post re up ABs asss but couldnt as the thread was removed - apologies anyway but it shows when you attack a poster how things can escalate.

Enough has been said between us on this whole thing and lets just leave it and any niggle out of the future and try start from a clean slate.
