Three most popular were Sloane (106), Hannefault (68) and Neale (76). Most people didn't do well with the Ablett trade so far.

The fact that he's still in 30k teams hows how many drop off each year. I'd be surprised if even 100k are still playing seriously.

I still have him because I (a) had MID cover, (b) needed to cover Laird by bringing in Boyd & (c) wanted to survey the Ablett replacement field for 1 more week. I was leaning to Neale, if anything, so Boyd scoring more than him worked in my favour.

Having said all that, I'm just as confused this week. Can't afford Jelwood or Sloane, so it's out of Neale, Rocky, Ward or JPK. Arghh.

Neale was certainly disappointing sure, but early days yet.

Was 62 at the half for a positive view

I took Neale had the next best AV.
I work Thursday night so I didn't trade, but JPK was one of my options I had him last year was really good in the last 8 weeks of th year.

Unsure why Neale stopped scoring tagged bye Guthrie but he wasn't even in centre bounces for a while.
Guthrie not the best tagger, but he's form been shithouse had to do something useful for the team.

Hannebery redeemed himself somewhat last weekend but with 288 points is still over 100 points behind JPK.

Bontempelli is on 309, not too shabby really and he should score well over the last few rounds.

Rory's 137 gets him into the top ten midfielders after 4 rounds. Anyone who picked up Brad Crouch for Gazza would be pretty happy, he has scored 437 points for a cost of only $356,500 prior to round 17.

Who would have thought that either cripps & shuey would be near the top of this lot

Yep. Brad Crouch too: would have cost just $356,500 to get him in for Gazza and he has scored more than the likes of Pendlebury, Sloane, Ward, Selwood, Neale, Steven etc. who cost $130k to $250k more at the time.

The other value pick would have been Isaac Smith who cost just $346,700 and has delivered 512 points in five rounds
