Thanks for your assistance and the countless hours you've given to this board, you've helped me out many times with any question that I've had and answered them all very well. You're a very good reader so you never miss a beat, it's not an easy job and it's challenging so everyone including myself appreciates your patience and commitment. We all would agree that you've gone above and beyond your job requirement by being here late at night and on weekends, even after some shocking losses. Can't ask for much more.

1) New stig is here today and starts officially tomorrow, we think we've set the bar for digital comms...can't let the standards drop just because of a change in staff.
2) I'm going to the NBA. Sadly not as a player.
