What's next?

Adelaide Cow Boats? .... (guaranteed to sink)
Adelaide Cow Lakeside Units? .. (guaranteed to flood)
Adelaide Cow non-carbonated Beer? .. (guaranteed to be flat)
Adelaide Cow Funerals? .. (guaranteed to bury the correct body)
Adelaide Cow Cash Converters? .. (guaranteed to clean all gambling winnings)

See, now that is typical, when facts elude you, invent a rant.

I have no opinion about OJ and his affairs because I could not care less regarding that situation.

My question to James23 stands, he made a statement, I would like him to name the players so convicted.

If he cannot do so, I expect an apology to the Port Adelaide Football Club, and its players, by James23, at least that is what a man would do!

What are you talking about???

Hush money was paid and the thing was put to rest. Everyone knows the details and what happened, whether or not it became the subject of a criminal investigation is irrelevant and is just a cop out.

If a child was abused, but the child never went to the authorities does that then make the abuser not an abuser because they werent convicted through the court ? Or someone that muders someone but there is never enough evidence for it to ever go to trial does that make them not a murderer ??

Nice logic there

If everyone knows the details, why don't you name the player/s?

Actually about crime in Australia, there's a tricky little clause, "presumed innocent until proven guilty"

Heard of it?

Or do you prefer regimes that use the method of "guilty until we find someone better to prosecute"?

It is extremely simplistic view you are trying to pass.

So if someone shoplifts, but the police decide not to charge the person and let them off with a warning, they never actually shoplifted because it didnt go through the court.

I can tell my friend now got let off for speeding last week by the officer that he never actually sped in the car because he wasnt given an expiation notice by the police nor did he have to go to court so he obviously never sped and it was just an optical illusion that his spedometer read 70.

There is a huge difference between commiting an offense and the being proven guilty in the court. History clearly shows that unfortunately that they dont also intertwine with each other as in people that have commited an offense that have been found not guity and others who havent commited yet have been found guilty of it.

The girl did receive a payout and the matter was never taken further so there was never a opportunity for it to actually be tried, so hard to rest on that "he wasnt proven guilty" stuff when it was stopped before it went that far.

Maybe if Relapse was more worldly wise he wouldn't accuse people of being in some indecipherable condition such as gullable
OMG I pressed a instead of i

Actually I am not guilty of a spelling mistake because I wasnt convicted through the court, remember noone is guilty of anything unless the court say so :D

Simplistic?

Isn't that what happens when you equate murder or rape to shoplifting or speeding?
