Is it a good idea to have money over?

I'm thinking of doing it so that it will be only 2 trades (not three) to get a premium mid, as im going with three rookies in the midfield.

got a quick question regarding pricing. if a player priced at $150k scores 65 in each of the first 10 rounds, what price would they be at after round 8, round 9 and round 10?
have tried to do this on ffgenie but cant figure out how or where to do it, the If Scores "x" function doesnt work yet as there are no previous scores and also checkd on dt talk website but i dont think they've updated the magic number on their Resources Calculator.
Cheers

Try this one. :)

If you are doing your dreamteam on your iphone for example, and your using the aflwap.virtualsports site, will you get locked out if the server is busy or is it a different server ?

there are 5 brand new big servers that VS have now, so the problem shouldnt be as bad as past years.

What are people's biggest concerns with having a few players from the same team in the same position? That when one does bad they're all likely to?

At the moment I can see a place in my side for R. Shaw, Malceski and Kennelly.

Horses for courses Theory

What are people thoughts.
for example you may have luke shuey and barlow in your team.Young players usually arent as effective on the road.West coast and freo generally struggle on the road aswell.thus the theory is alternate them in your starting team every week with the home team player.

a few more examples;
-play ballantyne at home
-younger port players at home

Re: Horses for courses Theory

IF i have to play one of my bench mids in shuey/banner then yes i will rotate depending on Home/Away status with hopefully them alternating for most of the season or at least when required in Rnds 1-10.

Not the worst idea I'v ever heard.

If a player doesn't play because of injury does it affect their price?

For example, Cameron Wood is a 320k ruckman and is out for 4-6 weeks.

Say he comes back from injury for round 7, after missing the first 6 rounds, will he still cost me 320k to get him into the team or will he be discounted?

Take a player like Swan, priced at 522k. What does he need to score in the first 3 rounds to break even?

I think to be discounted you have to play 3 games. So no, when he comes back he will be 320k still.
