Great weekend capped off yesterday by the Demon boys. Carlscum blamed the loss on bad kicking, he he he I love it. Where for art thou Mini Barb? They are improving though, it was only a 9 point loss this year in their obligatory 1st round finals loss. Sorry Dunstall but that was a stupid comment to say their a great finals side, take a closer look at their record.

The fans were out in force on talkback. "how could we win without Kouta" (and people say the Roos are a one man band), "the finals system stinks, we should be playing the 8th team not the 5th team this week" (forget about the criminally dreamy run they had last year).

Kouta won't help with the regular last quarter fade outs that Carlscum are now famous for, he'll be as helpfull as Luke Darcy was to the Bulldogs on Sat. night.

Btw, well done to Big Jack "Jabba" you've topped your exceedingly low level of public behaviour yet again. Does the rest of the club and board have no shame? Why is this guy still at the helm of a supposedley professional organisation?

Hey Shwarter just a tip. As much as I respect your tenacity both on and off the field, don't be doing a "Jerry Rice" touchdown salute (holding the ball up) early in the second quarter, next game, it might come back to bite you big fella

Yeah, we might be out, but at least our President went into the rooms after the game, he even went to the Hawthorn rooms and congratulated them, as Ian Dicker congratulated Barry Stoneham.

I heard on MMM that the Carlton players got straight into the shower then left without even speaking to each other. Great team bonding given the fact it was the first week of the finals and they are actually still alive - only just though.

I never thought I would say this, but GO LIONS.

He must think the Carlton players see it as some sort of present when he is there after a win. Well, the Carlton players probably hate him too.

The fact that he never visits the room after a loss, just confirms my suspicions about him and other Carlton spporters. They are arrogant front-runners. I'd love to see the loyalty of their fans if ther loyalty was ever tested. Collingwood have proved they still turn up when they lose.

Carlton are different. They will drop off like flies.

On the Schwarz pre-goal celebration gesture, as soon as he did it I thought “no, you can’t do that!” Not that I really minded, but the footy gods frown on that sort of thing. I was waiting for him to be punished.

The goal put Melbourne in front, but it was a long time before their next one as Carlton kicked several in a row. Ultimately, though, Schwarz got away with it. This time. Malcolm Blight certainly wasn't impressed!

Mmmm, I thought the same. I remember a game in the early 90's, when Suma took a great mark, right on the goal line, and stuck the ball RIGHT under the full back's nose. He then lined up the (pretty difficult) shot, tripped over, missed the ball completely and made a complete idiot of himself. The ball went through for a rushed behind.

Showing off like that can only lead to your undoing!
