Silvagni is the heart and sould of the side...Will require a complete clean out of the president and the board before the footy department gets turned upside down.
Priority 1: Sign Voss for a further 3-5 years
Priority 2: Must ensure that the heart and soul of the side Jack Silvagni remains at the club.
Priority 3: Trade Cripps, the club can't afford a one way runner. His effort vs the Wizard earlier in the year was deplorable.

But we should trade Cripps???
Cook was hired by Carlton to implement changes at board level, he came from Geelong which is a highly professional club from top to bottom and he laid the groundwork for Carlton to be able to work towards becoming a professional organisation. Wright has a lot of work in front of him but Rome wasn't built in a day and we all remember how long it took for Richmond to arrive in the modern era as a professional club.I've never seen an executive with so much pressure on him.
Did Brian Cook just go to Carlton to top up his superannuation?
