Langford was a rookie elevation almost hard to believe as he's so damn complete.

How many Rookies between both teams?? 15-16? It's why they are the best.

We need stop targeting AFL of casts and look in the state leagues for rookies.

Also helps that Langford and co spend 3-4 seasons maturing the VFL, I can see it's what we are trying to do with McBean, Madonna ect but there is still a performance difference at that level
