Was a fan of the original GF logo design from 1990-1995, where the "FINAL" ribbon would be altered slightly each year

Here in the States, the NFL have decided to stick with one Super Bowl logo for the for-seeable future starting last season, which is a shame as they were some real creative logos they did for each year in the past

Agreed. If there's one positive thing to be said of gridironing football, it's those fancy things they add to the game.

In all honesty though, I think it has the year on it, simple but very effective, I think you will find it will remain unchanged unless Toyota drop being the leagues major sponsor, or they do a major re branding as the logo is designed to work with Toyota's, like 2001 to 2003 was designed to work with CUB.

Keep it as is and change when needed for sponsorship reasons.

Unfortunately the Suns and Giants are going to have their names on the premiership a couple of times over the next decade

If the Suns weren't in the comp I reckon the Lions might stand a pretty good chance of getting the gold logo in the next couple of years

Well, it looks like GC will get the gold logo before you guys.
Still, you guys have won three premierships. GWS has no chance, imo. They got thrashed by the Bullants in the Foxtel Cup! If only the Blues would play like that all year so I can see my first Carlton flag

GWS Foxtel Cup performance shouldn't be any indicator as to how they will go in the AFL- they had none of their draftees or AFL player recruits playing.

Was really bored and tired today so I whipped up gold logos on every team's home guernseys because there were a few requests. Only paint quality but still better than nothing

I was gonna make one with all the Grand-Final logos on the jumper but I can't find the picture anywhere, and my skills arnt good enough for it.

If anyone able to, it'd be fantastic.

I've always wondered why Adidas have the turnaround time to make special Grand Final guernseys, but other manufacturers can't. ISC aren't in the same league as Adidas, but you'd think Puma would have the same standards.

Unless it's the clubs that don't want to pay for another set of guernseys and figure just ironing the patch on is the cheaper option.

Replace the Vince Lombardi Trophy with the Premiership Cup, the stadium in which the game is being played with the MCG, the word Super Bowl with the year and probably "Toyota" and the roman numerals with the big words Grand Final.

I think it would look pretty cool

Not a fan of teal and gold. Looks crap as a colour combination. Also, very unlikely. At least 7 years til a Port flag. Carlton suits gold. Not being bias.
