I was allocated so called "premium seats" ($200 each) which were right up the back underneath the Level 2 tier of the Olympic Stand. We couldn't see the main scoreboard, the top of the nearest goal posts, and some parts of the ground
I mean, I was 1 row away from "restricted viewing standing room". Therefore, how is it possible that our seats were defined as "premium" seats when they are 1-2 metres away from a restricted viewing area???
I asked the MCC staff and they said that the AFL define the seating
I ask that any supporters who have been screwed over to post their complaints here, and also contact the club, the AFL and the MCC to express their anger
As football fans this is disgraceful treatment
I am also extremely disappointed in the GFC for allowing this to happen (especially in our case since we were so called "September" Members)
