I've just learnt, one year (to the day) after the fact, that apparently you can sell stuff in invite-only lobbies now. Maybe I should pay more attention to things.

Is it actually worth buying property whilst still playing through the story? All the guides say to wait till after for the investment assassination missions and the properties don't look like they have great ROI.

Can't remember what I did in my first play through (10 years ago), but as someone who likes doing everything before finishing the story, money seems hard to come by.

Not 100% sure.
I don't think it matters.

But if you buy them too early.
The P icon pops up and you gotta go and help or that place makes no money for the week.
