Basic Rules:

At the beginning of the game each player is given a 'role' at random and in secret (via PM) by the moderator. If players are not told of a role, they are villagers or in the theme of this game, ordinary “citizens”.

The aim of the Citizens is to identify and kill all evil factions before the evil factions can kill enough citizens so that (# of e.g. Werewolves = # of Citizens). Only one faction can win.

How are players killed?
Each 'turn' of the game will last approximately 24 hours and also represents one 'day' of game time, thus a game will go on for several days before it is concluded. There are two 'phases' to every turn of the game;

Night Phase (8:00pm-9:00am AEDST): When factions secretly decide among themselves, via PM communication, which Villager (one per night) that they shall kill and then inform the moderator via PM. Others with a Night action also enter their actions now via PM to the mods.

Day Phase (9:00am-8:00pm AEDST):After the results of Night actions have been announced, everybody, Citizens, Werewolves and Mafia alike, discusses and ultimately votes publicly in the game-thread upon which player (one per day) that they shall lynch and kill. Votes for the day phase are to be in no later than 8pm.

Obviously during the day the Citizens will want the group to vote for and lynch an evil player, whilst the evil players themselves will want not to be lynched; herein lies the fundamental strategy of the game:
Can the Citizens identify the evildoers whilst at the same time convincing the rest of the group that they're not evil? And can the evildoers convince the group that they're not evil at all and thus avoid being lynched?

Werewolf Etiquette:
DEAD PLAYERS MUST LEAVE THE GAME

If you are killed at any point during the game then you are no longer allowed to participate. One farewell post will be allowed in this game however it cannot influence the game.

THERE MUST BE NO PRIVATE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN PLAYERS EXCEPT WITHIN THE GROUPS LISTED BELOW
Except for the above-mentioned groups sending PMs between themselves, other forms of private communication concerning the game are not allowed.

Anyone caught sending screenshots of BigFooty private messages of any kind or anyone caught quoting PMs considered “private” in the best interests of the game will be mod-killed instantly with no warning.

Missing 2 lynch votes in total will see you mod-killed. Missing 2 night actions (if given a role) will see you mod-killed. You may choose to not use a night action but you must state so in your PM.

Editing posts is allowed however editing to change a lynch vote is not allowed. Please just submit another post. It is preferred to avoid editing or deleting posts in this game. They may see you modkilled. Do not edit a post to break the rules and get away with it. This will see you mod-killed.

The Dead PM will not be given the role list. Dead players may like posts – players playing should never read into “likes” as a mean of strategy for the game.

Voting:

During the Day Phase players must vote for whom to lynch, your vote must be formatted in bold like this: Player Name.
For this game you may not vote NO LYNCH.

Upon the voting deadline (end of day-phase) the votes will be tallied by the moderator and whoever has received the most will be lynched and be out of the game: remember, once killed you cannot take further part; do not reveal your roles to anyone until the game has been concluded.

Any ties in voting will result in a coin-flip or as determined by the moderators.

This game will be different to those before it.

Mafia
and the Werewolves will start in a PM as per usual with only the Alpha and Head members nominated as such. The remaining players will be listed in order. The roles for each squad will be randomised in private and the leader will inform how many time he wants to randomise the list (1-5 times using random.org). The moderator will then reveal the results of the randomisation.

(Head - Is immune for one kill attempt. A double-kill or consecutive kills will see them die. Seers as “Good”. Can seer. Makes the final call on all decisions)

  1. (Anonymously sends a letter to the flogs each night. This must be submitted prior to the end of the night phase. After Day 4, they will be told of the flog’s identities, one at a time per night)

  4. (When this person dies, the mafia will recruit one random villager as insurance. If all citizens are dead, they will recruit a random member of good).

  7. (Cannot be killed by Werewolves at night)
  8. (Kid - When the kid dies, the mafia get one extra kill to make the following night phase)
  9. (Gunner – Can kill one person at any time during the game ONCE)
  10. (Can talk to the Mafia from the Grave via PM – cannot enter the Dead PM)

  1. (Blackmailer - Nominates one person to blackmail each night. This person must vote for the person they select and they cannot change from this vote. The blackmailer cannot give away in the thread that they have been blackmailed or they will be reprimanded by the moderator at his discretion. Day phase only.

  3. (Has no special power)
  4. (Cub - When the cub dies, the wolves get one extra kill to make the following night phase)
  5. (Sheep – if the sheep survives until Day 4, the Wolves will receive an extra kill at night however they must forego all other actions if they choose to use this ability. This ends when the sheep dies)
  6. (Can't be killed overnight. Can only be lynched during the day.)
  7. (When this person dies, the Wolves will recruit one random citizen as insurance [no ability]. If all citizens are dead, they will recruit a random member of good).
  8. (Cannot be killed by Mafia at night)
  9. (Wild wolf – Can kill one person at any time during the game ONCE).
  10. (Can talk to the Werewolves from the Grave via PM – cannot enter the Dead PM)

(They can kill one person each night. This person's intention is to be get down to the final 6. If they succeed in doing so, they win automatically. No other faction can win while the Lazlow is alive.)

(1) -
Is the most critical member of good. He can seer and kill each night. Good must keep Trevor alive as he is their most influential member.

Michael De Santa (1) - This person can seer one member each night.

Franklin Clinton (1) - This person can kill one member each night.

They may receive messages from the media of Mafia and they may use these at their discretion. These could be fake messages.)
Lamar Davis (1) - When this person is killed, they will return from the grave into any of the surviving factions (Evil/SK/Good) with or without a role. This will be decided randomly and the public of course will not be told which faction they have moved into.

Lester Crest (1) -
When this villager dies, 50% of the actions in the following night phase will be unsuccessful. This will be decided at random.

Clifford (1) –
The Doctor can protect one person from death and death only each night.

Citizens (x) -
Just plain ordinary people who have no special skills.

Sub-roles added to existing players above:.
The Broken Beer Bottle -
The holder of the Broken Beer Bottle will be immune to any action throughout the night phase and the following day phase! The holder must pass the Broken Beer Bottle on to another player after one night and day of holding the Broken Beer Bottle. The Broken Beer Bottle can be passed all around a particular “group” only once before it must be sent out again. The Broken Beer Bottle will be given to a clueless citizen on the first night. EDIT: If the holder of the Broken Beer Bottle is lynched, the person with the next amount of votes will take the bullet.
