Has made Glenelg's best two weeks in a row from CHB since joining them, this week 25 possessions and 8 marks.

Looks like he's on the way to recapturing last season's form.

Still have not seen Parker play & from all the wraps on him last year am a little surprised he is still on the rookie list.

Be down in Adelaide next month so as he's playing for the Bays now will manage to get a look at him.

****ing fantastic. :)

So is our future spine going to have Parker at CHB with McGregor at FB or the other way round?

I was at this game and Parker was OK without doing anything really outstanding.

Lets face it, if he expects to make it at AFL level he should be able to handle Cowan.

As for his 25 touches, not too many of them were effective.

Glenelgs use of the ball out of defence was at Z grade level. the over use of the handball, failure to hit targets, going out wide (again! they do this everytime they play us!) and the pressure they put themselves under time and again was embarrassing (if you're a Glenelg fan).

Parker still has the habit of kicking sideways everytime he gets it. I havent seen him kick it long down the ground too often.

He did his job but I would'nt pick him to play AFL on that game.

BTW ... If you think I'm being harsh on Glenelg well they really were stinky. Telling Centrals publicly three days before the match they would try and copy Sturt was a masterstroke from the Bays. Thans for the advance notice and free ammo!

Centrals were only just going along yesterday, fairly average effort from the Dogs. We put em away in the second quarter - I loved that goal from outside 50 by Schell. A real contender for SANFL goal of the year.

You've got to be kidding! He did bugger all yesterday!

He was easily 1st or 2nd best for glenelg yesterday, he played great killed cowan rekon he had 1 touch before he was dragged, then went to schell and had him moved to the backline, cant ask for much more, didnt think he turned it over that much all in all great game. GO THE DOGS

It seems that Parker is settling in OK at the Bay. He's had almost one month of playing in the one spot each week.

With Smart retiring, he now has 2 months or so in front of him to show us if he is ready for AFL footy.

It's all up to you now AP.
