You blokes must be feeling like crap right now, but there are plenty of positives to take from this season, mostly though the young blokes getting invaluable finals experience.

Pavlich is a star of the game and any side with him as their core are in for some exciting times.

Bad luck last night but congrats on a great season.

Wanted to congratulate you, too. Always felt Freo had some of the best supporters in the League - especially due to the lack of onfield success. And I'm glad that success is now starting to come for you.

I saw a lot of parallels between the Freo experience in 2006 and our own leap in confidence in 2003. Hopefully, this Prelim appearance will herald a simliar period of success for the Purple Haze.

Thanks fellas. Certainly a break-out year for Freo, and nothing to be ashamed of going out in a PF against an awesome team in Sydney. I am confident we can back it up with consistent finals appearances over the coming seasons, and a crack at a premiership or 2 during that time.

Sydney's discipline and team work was superb.

I am proud with my sides season, we have met our goals and get into a position to have a crack at a grand final/flag from the next year.

I hope the Swans go all the way. They thoroughly deserve to.

Freo, great season great to see the improvement and a prelim final is bloody fantastic. Out did everyones expecations and hopefully a grand final win is soon.
