I like the customer service of the Epping Plaza branch (Having forgotten the benefits of having a branch to go to after solely online banking for 7-8 years). I mainly use it as a central working account and it's good. edit: It's good but ING has been the best for online banking imo.

Otherwise it's HSBC with a 2% cashback tap&go debit card and AMP with a (not advertised) up to 1.45% savings account.

Used to be at their solicitors years ago now - they were a top bunch in those days, always willing to work with clients rather than run over the top of them if they got into trouble. Don't know about now.
