Dont ask me why marks feature so prominently in my mind but I guess it captures the great moment in time rather than a kick, tackle, rib clutch (Dermie) or ball slap (Harmes)

Could nominate pics of the 97 and 98 GF final sirens but I think marks are the great leveller

He was full-back for North Adelaide in the late 40s-early 50s so I'm sure he and Coleman must have stood each other in a state game or two ... that would have been worth seeing

Love this photo of a few of the Hawthorn players right after the 1976 Grand Final. Peter Crimmins last photo I think, he died almost immediately after the visit from the premiership team.

I always liked this pic after Stynes had run across the mark and the Dees missed a spot in the Grand Final.
