Nope.

It's York Park (currently known as UTAS Stadium) in Launceston.

That pic was taken during the big flood of 1929, the goalposts you can see are at the northern end of the ground.

A levee system has since been built, not infallible of course but the Invermay/Inveresk area (where YP is) hasn't flooded since thanks to them, despite Launny having had a number of major floods since (I remember one when I was young, it was maybe 69 or 70).
