OK our board is pretty stagnant at the moment so I have decided to post what I think is our top 10 marks in the club's history.

10. Jarman vs Bulldogs - 1997 Preliminary Final
9. Burton vs Brisbane - 2002 Qualifying Final
8. Rehn vs Essendon - 1993 Preliminary Final
7. Modra vs Collingwood - 1993 (In both times we met)
6. Modra vs Richmond - 1997
5. Burton vs St. Kilda - 1999
4. Modra vs North Melbourne - 1997
3. Modra vs Brisbane - 1994
2. Hart vs St. Kilda - 1996
1. Modra vs North Melbourne - 1993

Give us your thoughts on your top 10, top 5, or top 3 or just tell me who I've missed out or who you think is in the wrong place.

Pretty much agree with that list snakebite.I'd try to make room for Burton v Fremantle(1999 over Andrew Wills) and Burton v Carlton(1999 over Kouta). That was the highest Crows mark I've ever seen live and I saw the Saints one as well. That was probably better known because we won that game and Burts ran on and kicked the goal!

I saved the mpegs of the St Kilda and Freo marks Burton took. Marvellous entertainment one can play over and over again. :)

That St Kilda game was the one where Lucas Herbert sat on the bench all day and Trent Ormond-Allen rucked against Spider Everitt. My only game in the outer at Waverley. Also marvellous entertainment.

Tyson Edwards had a pretty good one in a pre-season match aswell if I remember correctly. Burton vs Essendon 1999 would have been up there if the damn umpire hadn't given a push in the back.

If I remember correctly, against Richmond or Essendon this year, at footy park in the goalsquare... if he held onto it, wuldve ben mark of the year.

Running against the pack.

One that you may have forgotten (or then again may have just left out) was a Brett Burton mark against Brisbane at the Gabba in 2001 I think. It was a close game and late in the last quarter Burton took a mark on someone's shoulders and kicked the goal. It was great because it was spectacular and also because the resulting goal probably won us the game.

Can anyone else remember a goal like that or am I imagining it?

Burtons mark vs the Dons in 99 would have been close to my No1 if it was paid but otherwise your pretty well spot on,
Modra mark in 93 against the Roos in the goal square fom a Tony McGuiness 50mtr drop punt was definately No1,

Thats a pretty fine list of grabs.

What about Schells grab against Carlton this year... IT was over the top of Beaumont,Christou and Burton who was on Stevens' Shoulder ...a truly effortless high fly; & I think he went back and slotted the goal!!!:D

I liked Scott Welsh's mark at Colonial this year - I think against Essendon - it gets used in Foxfooty's promos a bit. I agree with the Schell mark too for this year. I'd say those two would fight it out for our 2002 Mark of the Year with Burtons mark in Brisbane.

I'd say you could nearly get a top ten of just Modra and Burton.

Pity someone hasnt got them all on a highlights reel!

Yeah that was a great one too - i think the tv never did it justice - we missed the first part of it before, and as he jumped.

Mark Stevens got the Mark of the Year on 5AA's awards - was that the one at Aami down the southern end near the goals??

I would assume it's that one by Stevens. Against Port Adelaide.
