Where the hell did the #9 come from? Had a look at the form and was the first I drew a line through. Was a little worried. Had the 2,3 quinella (like many others).

Heard about the wrists, surprised when he was back in action so quickly after he cut his wrists considering his future, then did further damage. Poor form from the trainer me thinks.
That was a disgraceful race, Dog banned for a year, but the Owners/Punters get robbed.
Top run by In There. As Oaks said, Sandown really helps dogs that can rail hard, and this dog was extremely aided by actually not jumping good and letting about 3 dogs run off and collide at the start shooting the whistle as they say on the inside. Chased hard, paid well the drum and punters keep on leaving it out, but it keeps running honest races.

Traralgon Race 4, No.3 - Shadowlands.
Quoted at $10 in the watchdog, and $11 by the hot dog, this dog would be my favourite if I was a bookie.
Its form around the Traralgon distance is good at 4 starts for 1 win and 2 thirds. Recent form behind the likes of Good Oil, who if started in this race would start around $1.50 is very good. Not much luck at all behind Wot Price Mark when in a winning position, and the field he meets here is very very weak. Strong powerful dog that might give them a 5 or 6 length start but should be too strong in the run to the line.

he had those ligament troubles with his wrists... but buzz also get a few cuts and scrapes after one hitout and needed some antibiotics.

Clan McBride tomorrow at geelong in r8 rug 1 should get up and is overdue for a win. Real unlucky last few starts especially at geelong over the short distance and at bendigo. shoulda won at least one of em, if not both... $7.80 in the watchdog, which would be nice and juicy but will be shorter at the jump. Will need to be near the lead as the trip is gettin on her limits. Dangers are the 8,2,5.

Would like to see his odds. He loves the 1 box. Gets a decent jump and i'd expect him to win.
Notorious slow beginner, it looks like it will hand the race to Philby. Does know how to rail how which is a HUGE advantage at Sandown so should really be competitive.
I think they will send it around about $6.80.

Jumps better as he gets closer to the rail. Seems to look for it, I wouldn't expect him to jump 2nd last this time, more like 3rd.
Sent around a $5.40 shot on ST. For some unknown reason I have my second biggest bet of the night on it @ $200 Place when I saw 2.40 was on offer as they loaded boxes, I obviously knew it would come in last update, but didnt realise all the way into $1.40. Was irrevelant as from what I saw it ran off the track. I was a little annoyed, I walked out of TAB to get some air so I didnt see replay. Looked like he could nearly hold them at first turn.

Geez mate your a bit harsh. The poor thing was clipped from behind and losing balance as a result and fall heavily. The dog was lucky not to break its neck. It is a miracle that he has walked away from the race in one piece.
