Quaddie: 1,3/8/3/1,2,6 $6 for 100%

Port Pirie
Race 1
#1 TABU SORO Is travelling across from Victoria who have a stronger grading than South Australian racing. Did start career in NSW with some handy Gosford runs and The Gardens runs too. Finished second last start at the straight 340m grass track at Healesville in 18.92, which isn't that strong of a time as recently they have been running 18.70s consistently, even maiden class. Could be the one the punters come for.

#2 ISLE ASKA has been in the market past three starts. Did win a qualy on debut run at the track in 31.66 in August. Had four runs that preperation which were steady. Dam has thrown some ok types in PUZZLE CORNER who won on debut at Port Pirie in 30.50 then won at Angle in 30.37.

#3 ORONOKO did start $8 in a race with KOIWA ANGEL, who is a far better classed dog than ORONOKO. Ignore the run in that race. She did win a qualy at Port Pirie over 412 in 25.02. Appears to find a lot of trouble in races.

#4 ARVO'S MAKA did start trialing in Victoria and he ran a 30.61 at Traralgon. Which isn't that strong of a time, but is ok for this class. ALthough does seem to struggle to run out the trip.

#5 BOLD SULLY started favourite in debut run at Angle Park day meeting over the 515. Found lots of trouble and finished well back. Sire has no racing history while dam is out of PRIMO UNO.

#6 ROYAL TUSCANY has won a qualy at Strathalbyn over the 416 in 25.61 which isn't a strong time. But then ran a solid fourth next start in 25.12, but winner did run a strong time. Damline won at Angle Park and comes out of Token Prince. Dam hasn't produced anything of notice yet.

#7 HELL BLAZER showed ok speed in runs at Angle Park early until copped several checks. THen won a qualy at Port Pirie in 31.40. Will definately be the one to beat. Dam also won the Port Pirie cup. Could be a track speciailst in the making.

#8 GO SAULTS is out of SURF LORIAN and MADDY SHIRAZ who whelped the IMPRESSIVE CLOSING ARGUMENT winner of the 2005 Melbourne Cup.

Selections: #8,#7,#1,#2
Suggested bet: #8 WIN #1,2,7,8 Box Quin/Trifecta

RESULT
8-2-1-5
Win $8.80
Quinella $60.20
Trifecta $126.30

Definately worth the time to go through each selection individually and make a valid assesment.

Port Pirie Race 3
#2 CABANA BALE should win this based on past couple of performances.
#7 BRUNO BALE is a consistent type who could go close.
#6 SHELLY'S IMAGE will benefit from vacant box on inside.

Bet: #2 WIN #2-6,7-6,7 Trifecta LOST

PORT PIRIE
Race 9

#1 HIROSHI BALE is a BLACK ENFORCER dog who has had four placings from six starts on the inside draw. Does travel well at this track.

#2 CHITIMACHA has been in the market in all career starts to date and looks well placed in box 2. Last start beat home Irinka Deb from a difficult box.

#3 LAST WHITE HOPE doesn't do his best racing from the middle boxes, but this race is a drop in class, may find it hard to get to the rail with box 4 coming across early though.

#4 JAN BALE is having her second South Australian run in her new camp. Has won at The Meadows in 30.31 back in July and is armed with good early speed so could be the leader.

#5 ISN'T HE LETHAL has come across from NSW without showing a great deal of promise. The distance may even be too long as has only won over 328m at Muswellbrook.

#6 LUCKY CHARM is a Hallucinate bitch who has been well backed since her Port Augusta 447 win in a handy 25.21 Best On Night time. Can definately sprint, but looks a difficult race from box 6.

#7 BROOKE LINDSAY really does look out of his depth here. Has won one race in his career, but besides that has finished 5 or more lengths in all other starts behind the winner. And with plenty of speed inside will be stuck out wide early on.

#8 DAKKIAH doesn't race too often on anything shorter than 500m and is use to racing day meetings at Angle Park. First try at track in quite some time and is drawn wide and will find it hard to figure in this race.

#2 $4.50 = 22%
#3 $5.50 = 18%

Suggest bet: #4 WIN #1,2,3,4 boxed Quin/Tri/First 4.

Is an interesting race with form outside of South Australia coming into it. Some are having first go at track which can be a difficult task to handle. New camp can always cause some dogs trouble, or they can excel. And will be a huge fight out of the boxes as there are a couple armed with early speed.

Monday 1st December
Shepparton

Race 1
#1 INSTANT ROCKSTAR will benefit from two runs at Warragul to date. 18th Nov run was in wet conditions and the 24.58 was quite a good time for a debut run in the wet. Is drawn well too.

#2 MORE FIZZY litter brother to IT'S NOT FAIR who won on debut at Wangarrata, the second CYCLONE ENTITY bred dog to do so from the litter.

#3 WILD DAMO is half brother to Group 2 placegetter WILD STORM and will benefit from debut run where began ok but copped a check mid race in a slowly run race.

#4 PURE BUDDY SHOW is trained by George Kantzidis who can on occassion train a nice provincial winner and is starting to get some good dogs in his kennel, along with his good mate. Is out of PURE OCTANE so could be a bit of a nutcase.

#5 JUST LIKE LENNY has had six starts for 0 placings and that isn' the best of sign. Has drawn middle box and in all of her recent runs she has found trouble. Might be ready for improvement.

#6 JAIMANDY GERTIE well the first name is obvious as the dam SPEEDY CHAOS produced JAIMANDY COOPS. I think this is the first dog from litter to hit the track, will definately go close.

#7 GLOWING MISS has not fired a shot of late. The only credible run is a 26.41 placing at Geelong where she ran second despite copping a check. Once again its hard to know what she can run without trouble. But looks to need the rail.

#8 SPUNKY STRIKE has had 13 goes for 3 placings. Is a PURE OCTANE bitch, but the dam hasn't thrown anything of note yet. Just looks to be out of depth here in this maiden race.

Selections: 6-3-1-4
Suggested Bet: #3 EW #1,3,4,6 boxed Quin/Tri/First 4

A hard race in itself, but with the breeding the 6 is a clear cut favourite in that department. The punters will come for the 1 and could start a lot shorter than what I have which will be interesting to see. You could almost bet on the 5 EW at odds as if gets a clear run should go ok.

Good luck.

Woo hoo

Innuendo gets up for me and a few guys on here.

I tipped it on here before its first run back from a injury lay off as it was trialling well but after two poor performances i wasn't game to pick it again

Sorry boys

5 did run third $3.20. Made full advantage of my bet who ran wide and didn't run on after leading. Can't win them all.

Race 2
#6 WIN #2,4,5,6 Quin/Tri

KOKO BLACK has smart breeding, trainer Dalton was unlucky with a couple at Healesville on the weekend.

No good for WIN bet or EXOTIC bet. KOKO BLACK should go ok next start.

Watch the pink in Race 3, is half-brother to Phlox and is in good hands, Vassallo. Not betting, but 5,6 on breeding and runs to date are value in my opinion.

SIMO'S BRO is pretty big unders on the tote at the moment.

EDIT: You have to laugh sometimes when people are blinded by mug betting where they must back a winner. As backing a place, doesn't feel like a win. On STAB. SIMO'S BOY paid $1.50 the place, was paying $1.60 the win.

The 6 MICKY MOOTANS was going to win, but checked off heels of eventual winner.

#1 RIGHT ANGLES has found trouble in all three of her starts, but gets her opportunity here to figure in the race.
#2 BOBBY'S ALL SHOW was backed into $6.80 against BORDAIN who is exceptionally talented. Does tend to run on in races and has won over 545 at Bendigo.

WIN #2 QUIN #1,2.

Good luck.
