i think its unlucky to not have got a win recently its run constant placings at this track over this distance. the draw is the only question i have ont his one its run well from box 4 recently but first start from 5. slightly wider not sure if it will be able to win in this field, so i preferred the 3, looks a definate place though and a matter of time before it breaks through its been pretty unlucky

Of course Shockmount has the inside and is going to ping early. But I don't know, goes on and off this dog it seems. One minute is flying and winning 513m at Traralgon, then leads and slows at pet distance a month later.

The inside and outside draws here are going to be hard to beat based on their recent performances and breeding. The benefit for #8 SHESA DRAMA is track experience, even though #1 ZERO KOKAS has trialled here.
If you quinella them two, and box the 4 bet too. Should go well.

Bond is going well at stud, and should add another winner to the list here with #5 JANET BOND who is quite well bred. Dam was a good sort.
Main dangers #7 WHITE ERASER, #10 IRINKA STACEY #2 JET BLACK FOREST.
Can EW bet #5.
Quinella #2,5,7,10
Would recommend a Trifecta bet here too. Don't often do tri bet. But this one looks alright.

Not much. Doesn't exactly have the best formline for this race since has only won at non-tab tracks against weak oppositions and the times haven't been anything to jump for joy about. Does get the inside draw, but that opening turn is going to be the killer.
Would go 3-5-6-8 personally. Leave the two out, and go with solid form. But better to trust your own judgement and learn from that.

Bathurst Race 8 #2 SUNDANCE KID is probably the only consistent beginner in this field. Is drawn nicely and goes well here. 6/8 placings from boxes 1-3. Is back in distance after several runs at Wenty over 720. So if is near the lead early, should be hard to hold out.
#6 HOUDINI DANCER was a heat winner. Ran a good time, and has raced well at Gosford too. Which is good formline for this race. Hard box to overcome though.

Big risk here on the 1. Will be right in the market, and if pings is going to be the one to beat. But am not as confident can repeat last weeks run.

its still been good, i went the 1 (unfortuantely) had the 2 lined up then changed my mind, doesnt matter anyways. are you finished betting for the day oaksy?

#4 BO JOHNSON is talented and can reel of some impressive sectionals up the back. But for a dog who hasn't won in 5 months, the short, short price isn't that attractive. Fair enough there is a vacant box on his outside, but I don't know.
Go Each way on #6 PECULIAR. Is pinging of late, and should continue. And if gets a big enough lead, maybe the odds on favourite wont catch him. But, big but. 1 win from 10 starts, is a put-off. So be generous on the place, not the win. Could even dutch the place with #2 GOLDEN CARNAGE.
But willl be laying the fav at the right odds. Just doesn't deserve to be that price at this point in time. Will probably win though.

Well #7 ASHBY PEARL did just that, pinged and won comfortably. Good EW bet there with #6 and the quinella lobbed too $13.30.
