I havent got a surepick subscription, so i've worked out the distances for the first split at watchdog for most tracks...yet it still isn't that accurate. Might look into getting one, or at least trying if for a couple of meets. What other info does surepick have?

I don't subscribe to surepick. My local TAB prints them out for free..... so go and ask.

They don't really give you much information except for ratings and a speed chart with some comments. Their stats are only average considering they are paid professionals whose daily job is to analyse greyhound racing.

I stopped after I got the winner at Richmond R9. Didn't want to ruin my streak which saw me up about $300 on the day, including the afternoon races.

Greyhound racing has small pools, so they arn't a good market guide at all especially since one large bet can change the whole market. And quite quickly too.

Missed the start, got up to third by the bend but was then pushed out wide. After that it was finished really, struggled to make up ground on the leader.

I missed the start too. Turned on and I saw it mid field. When a 25-1 shot gets up, something clearly didn't go to plan.
