Agreed. IF the 3 and 4 come out fast, hold their line and dont either a) hold out the 5 or b) take it off the track. You also have to factor dogs #6,#7 and #8. Do they rail? Do they run straight? But if the dogs directly inside of Unique Venom begin hard and straight, then I agree with you that it does make it an easier task from the #5.



Can I watch? Also, if its not in your top 4 you obviously would want to lay him? What price would you lay him for and if so, would you take action on betfair?



P.S. I hope the dog wins for connections tonight or actually, I hope it runs 2nd and AB wins so I can watch someone eat a hat. I have heard the saying before but not witnessed it

4 was always a threat, very impressed by 4 & 5 but more so unimpressed by the 1.

Unique venom is a classy type and i will blackbook it for the future.

As for Aston Bale, i know he was well breed, but once a crab, always a crab.

Unique venom will start favourite which it rightfully should given its last start. Hot command is a big threat though and jumps well. Demonstrous ran well in trials.

My tips are 5-3-7-1

The 4 is slow as a wet week and the 6 is a stronger finisher then jumper. Having raced from the same box last week and providing he gets a strong jump this start, i cant see him losing not even to the 3

Good race to put him in to be honest. Average field,the 3 and 7 are strong enough to provide a challenge and jumps from the same box.

Only thing i can see going wrong is the 4 checking you at the jump, runs like a crab

Fancy Dean was @ 3.25 for a while, and when Iasbet put up 2.70, I just got on at the 3.25, before it was straight into 3.00.

Knowing the greyhounds like you clearly do, it is well worth you having this betting option, there are prices every meeting that just scream value.

In the 1st on Saturday night they had 4.20 Red Ruler when they put the markets up. It started even money. It did get beat, but it just shows you the value you can find in the early fixed odds.

Just be carefull if you go e/w on cb fixed early. If theres a "late" scr and your selection runs third and you backed fixed they wont pay you the place even if there is one on tote, its their in their miniscule writing in the 500 pages of terms and conditions, which is fine if the punter knows,...so just giving you a heads up

The 3 could very well start favourite, so watch the odds for the 5, could end up being at some nice odds

ill be putting more on the 5 if i find odds of anything over that 2.40 if it comes up

The tips I have posted have been frustrating with a heap of places, but you can spot the ones who have won at their next start People seem to drop off a dog after it runs nowhere very quickly.

Yellowrock Yowie starts at 4.00 in a Grade 4 at Wenty on Friday night, then they let it run around at double that last night in a low grade Bulli race. Granted the 5 is smart, but it did have the 5 and anything can happen. I like these situations

I reckon thats a tough race for BO FANTASY to win. The 5 Pottsee absolutely flies out and cuts down to the rails and there is a dog called Loringo coming over from VIC who trialed very fast and should get the cart across from the 8. Good luck with it though mate your still a very good chance and should get reasonable odds with money for the 8

I like the look of Stagger tonight, and I have backed Galtee Again at Devonport. It should have won a couple of starts ago at Sandown, but you would never know it looking at the form. Not even sure of what price it would be, is some nice Tassie dogs in the race, so I am hoping for 2.40/2.50. It is just as likely to start 1.50 though

Do you reckon Wheres Ned will get over from box 8 brenno? He has no early speed and is very strong at the end, expected as he is a distance dog but i think he will get posted wide here while one of the inside 4, possibly the 2 gets away fast and puts up 7-8 lengths on him early. I reckon he will be storming home for a place but not sure he will be in touch with the leader
