Big night tonight.

You've got Angle park race 8 with the likes of Miata, Jessinia Bale, Irma Bale. Might steer clear of that one, should go to miata but she cant be giving up early speed like last week.

Dapto Race 3, Basically Midnight Hussy vs Magic Ghost, very good quinella, who should win? Could go either way really, my head is telling me Midnight Hussy.

Dapto race 6, probably biggest race of the night, so much quality in this race its tough where to look. I think Unfinished will show early speed but the pace is coming from behind and he wont hold on, ill probably take the 4, with 1 and 6 the big dangers.

Racecard to follow.

Miata should improve 6-8 lengths tonight, second up on the track. Should get a beaut run over as well. Already taken 2.25 on Iasbet fixed odds, but this morning it doesn't seem to be up anymore.

2.25? Damn missed it, im happy with 1.95.

Its the toughest field hes faced but from the 8 box, he should be free to run and will win.

Hope IAS get Fixed odds back up.

Back up @ 2.15.

Take it while you can

Im not quite as keen, from out wide at angle park you can find a lot of trouble on that first corner if your not a good beginner. I also wouldnt be expecting her to improve 6-8 lengths, i highly doubt that was her first look at the track

With other dogs was my meaning. I expect this bitch to get close to 29.40

Oh ok, yeah it can go quicker for sure but box 8 in a final is a tough place to do it. It ran 70s last week didnt it? Thats about 5 lengths it has to improve to get down to 40 i think. It could win tonight but i wouldnt be expecting anything sensational on the clock

It got hampered really bad early last week, if she can get through the turn in the top 4, she has it won, its just a matter of at least average early speed, thats all she needs.

A strange betting plunge in the first at Hobart tonight. Already been three thousand dollars wagered on the reserve WANDY NEG from the Mickie Stringer kennel. BIG WATCH on it tonight.

Yeah thats the thing though in my opinion she couldnt possibly come out in the first four and because of her racing pattern is always going to find trouble

She is not actually a slow out bitch, so she should be fine. Much better early than last week.

Yeah i agree. Her trainer did say she is struggling with the Angle Park boxes but also expects to see an improvement this week.

Indeed, it has no form to suggest it could win at all so a big early plunge like that is worth noting especially from that kennel

Yeah glancing over recent form i was like wtf, hopefully gives us juicy odds on the 1, ill take that.

Angle Park has a different lure to the WA tracks doesnt it?

Im not too sure.

The trainer said he took her back to cannington after her first angle park trials which may have unsettled her in going back out to AP, but now hopefully she remembers the boxes after staying there.

Basically, if she jumps well, its all over.

I couldnt have the one, Proven Lotus and Ace King are the fastest dogs from what i have seen and box one is not that good at Hobart especially if your a hard railer as dogs just step off the mat and go straight for the rail which costs them ground and the get crowded up. I didnt check before but which runner was actually scratched in that race?

Arnhem Babe & Mega Chris both scratched.

I disagree with that, although it may not be more advantageous than other tracks, its still the best box to draw, statistics will also back that up.

The Tote form guide actually have the 9 as their first selection, which is a little weird.

Box one is not good at all for hard railers at Hobart but not all dogs are like that. Its a track where most dogs get there chance from any box and its not like you jump for joy if you get box one like you do if you draw it at Launceston (particulary the old boxes). If i had a dog who liked to rail i would prefer box 2 or 3. But im getting off topic a bit lol

Does anyone purchase National Greyhound form or Greyhound Recorder at newsagents? If so, which one do they prefer?

I get the National Greyhound Form and that is good. I havent bought the Recorder before so cannot comment there but the National has everything you want in a form guide
