Congratulations Nullawil Seniors & Reserves Premiers 2012! The old double doesn't come around too often, Nully last achieved this feat 33 years ago in the Southern Mallee FL. Commiserations Wandella but the 4 Senior flags in a row was a huge achievement.

Nully has named 'joint coaches' for season 2013 with Scott Mathiske joining Shan Coffey at the helm. From all reports Shan was looking for the opportunity to step back a bit and Scotty, as captain this season just gone and ultra committed, proved to have the qualities of a good coach. A great appointment for the Nully Football club defending the premiership title.
He has been at Barham for a couple so surely he is getting itchy feetWould be a good pick up though as on his day the big lad can play

Well well well, the bloke I was speaking about playing for Ultima may not be coming through with the goods (he lied to me and am pretty sure he has committed elsewhere) but things are looking on the up for the Roos, signing Luke O'Toole as their coach for season 2013. You would expect that with such a high profile signing as coach, they will have no trouble recruiting footballers and siblings. They will certainly be the team to look out for next season
Who was the bloke you were speaking about??? Good to see Luke go home to Ultima. He is still playing good footy and may be someone who can challenge Metrovic for the league medal especially considering he won the CMFL medal in '11
