Logue is versatile. He can play more than comfortably the small and medium talls. Like Antoni Grover. He has performed quite adequately against the bigger types as well but seems more comfortable against the medium tall variety.

I see no reason why he couldn’t work in with two other talls like Cox and APearce. It may push out someone like Hughes but would release the likes of Young, Ryan and Wilson to do their thing.

The reality is Brennan Cox is having a good run in the last three games.
Joel Hamling has performed strongly for a few seasons.
Brennan needs to sustain this form and that’s not assured. We know what we are going to get reliably
from Joel.
I wish I had the same level of confidence in Brennan as I have in Joel .

I'm generally with you on this. But there's something about Cox's marking and field kicking that make me think he has higher upside than Hamling.

I have not watched him closely this year. Does he still suffer from poor decision making. Aka brain farts ?

My take on these is that they are still there but are reducing over time. The things you can't teach are the reading of the ball in flight and the good hands.

We’ll find out next week how important or not Hamling is. Sometimes it’s not about what kicks you get.....

Why are Cox and Hamling always in the same conversation. I feel Cox is a more close comparison and replacement to Pearce. Hamling and Cox will play in the same side together if the injury gods allow it.

I assume it's because everyone agrees Pearce is the best of the lot so it's out of the other two as to who will be his partner if we only play 2 of the 3.
