Having been plagued by hamstring injuries myself, some player need more rest after intensive work. I was a hard trainer but I should have been a smarter trainer. I am no "director of elite performance manangement" but my advise would be to swallow your pride and miss sessions.Devastating news. It's very frustrating for everyone. He just can't get a good run at it. It's getting to the stage where there must be serious doubts for his career. His hammy's can't seem to get through the rigours of afl.

McGuanes legs don't miss the open goals Mr Tiges. They just miss the ball when they flail unrestricted through the goals. These are the same legs that continually miss open goals from one metre out!![]()
If it was true it would have been announced, delete thread.
You'd reckon the club would have said if it was a grade 1, 2-3 week job. Here's hoping it doesn't require surgery. Poor bastard...salt in the wound with everyone heading off to Cairns.he has to have scans so the results can take a few days.
Grade 1 is a minor tear and you may only need 1-3 weeks rest to mend itself. This is no big deal at all and may just mean he has to slow up a bit. Hopefully that is all it is and it's a storm in a tea cup.Can you clarify

Grimes doesn't need to kick goals so it's all good!
McGuane's legs have also turned the ball over in the back half countless times.
Wonder if it would be easier to just do a brain transplant? As long as McGuane's brain doesn't come with the legs, I reckon Grimes is safe![]()
