Best game for the club tonight. Shame he did his hammy, but even that was a potentially match saving spoil. Hopefully not injured too badly.
 
will miss the port game then we have the bye so not bad timing. Might be a chance against the swans.

Very disappointing as he was playing very well and the spoil right before he did the hammy was an absolute ripper.
 
Absolutely blows my mind. Absolute star. He saved a very very critical strike forward tonight, he definitely deserves recognition.

I hope it isnt a long sit out, but he can take pride in knowing that what he did *probably* saved us the game.

Kid has a lot of composure...does all the right things....bad luck posty this kid has your measure!...

Was disappointed he ended up injured...kid has a competitive never say die attitude...
 
I think the Bye is coming at a good time for him. If he's out for three or four weeks he will only miss two or three games. I would say he's earned a position in our starting 22 even with a full list, I probably have more confidence in him them all our other defenders ATM.
 
Too bad for the kid ,He was having a ripper game ................ Fantastic effort both rance & grimes.

Hamstring looked bad but , lookes like 4-5 week injury............. No need to rush him back just get him ready for the finals (:D)

So who would be his likely replacement?

My guess is they may throw post to CHB and see if he can add some value. Likely to be at least 2 changes, you'd think Miller and White would have to come back in.

They've been reluctant all year to make a lot of changes - Helbig and Grimes probably replaced by White and Miller.

I dont think that Moore is ready yet an probably wont be untill after the bye.

Thursfield is also injured and on his last legs, chances are if he isnt traded will be delisted at years end.

My choice would be who ever has a better game for coburg today out of Gourdis & Astbury

Gourdis is more a Grimes type of backman, Astbury i see more as a CHB/CHF utility type defender ............. same as post

Moore is on the LTI, doubt he'll play much this year.

Astbury or Goo will get the nod most likely.
