Fawkner Park
Lower Plenty
South Morang
St Andrews-Coburg
West Preston (Before the merger)

Fawkner park wore two blues similar to lalor jumper design with a fpfc monogram

Yep this is correct, played against them several times as just Fawkner before a merge when they became Fawkner park after their stints in the Ammos and DVFL.
 
St Andrews Coburg played at De Chene Reserve, which was Coburg Amateur's ground. Now a soccer ground I believe.

South Morang was the joint over the road from the Commercial Hotel.

Correct, known as South Morang Reserve.
Lower Plenty played at the upper ground in Para Rd, known (but maybe not officially?) as Lower Plenty Park.
West Preston played at Moore Park near the lake (where Lakies had played originally before moving).

Fawkner Park - Charles Mutton Reserve, Creedon St, Fawkner.
Lower Plenty - Montmorency Park Oval No.1 (South Oval), Para Rd, Montmorency.
South Morang - South Morang Reserve, 855 Plenty Road, South Morang (Ground no longer exists).
St Andrews-Coburg - De Chene Reserve, Urquhart St, Coburg.
West Preston (Before the merger) - J.E. Moore Park, Gilbert Road, Reservoir. ---The partner in the merger, Reservoir-Lakeside, played at LE Cotchin Reserve, Massey Ave, Reservoir before the merger ---
