Melbourne VS Essendon - the Dees apparently have a 'nasty' surprise in stall for Michael Long i've heard after the GF incident, and i don't blame them

Carlton VS St.Kilda at Optus Oval i have a funny feeling that if he plays, Aaron Hamill won't make it out of Optus Oval alive. Just a feeling

Geelong VS kangaroos at Shell Stadium - that traitor scum bag Colbert returns to Geelong where he will cop plenty, the trainers have been instructed to throw oranges apparently

Richmond VS Sydney - the Swans are the team which basically ended Richmond's finals chances. Seeing Benny gale in tears after that rnd 21 match last year bought a huge smile to my face. Give em the same treatment Swans.

Are you sure about this? I thought that the only thing Geelong threw were hissy fits and their handbags.

Comon lets not forget the most physical match last year.

THE WESTERN DERBY

How can you get a bigger grudge match than that.

After all the eagles are going to get there own back after they copped such a beating, both scoreboard wise and in the physical department

Roos vs Dockers will be interesting too, due to the Bell incident

And of course my payday

CARN THE LIONS!!!

Does this angst come from Richmond ‘saving’ the Coburg Lions?

Or is it because we traded Jeff Hogg for Broderick, Gale etc? If I were you, I’d be pissed off about the Hogg one too!

Actually, it comes from those things, and more! (Good to see you used the word 'saving' in inverted commars there, CJH!).

Add to that list, Richmond's 'intervention' (or should I say "voiced disaproval" which initiated the intervention of other clubs - or their president's at least) in the North-Fitzroy saga circa '96.

Regardless of whether or not I approve or disaprove of the outcome, it is still not something that I appreciated any club doing.

That loss to the Tigers in '95 - the one where M.Knights scored a free for deliberate OOB, against J.Bruce. The decision was harsh, despite the free technically being there. However, the ensuing 50m penalty was overkill - how any umpire could have given a 50m penalty in those circumstances is beyond me. After all, M.Knights 'did' take a step backwards when the ball was being thrown to him - not to mention, it 'did' land somewhere around his feet, not half-way up the ground.

Arrgghhh!

And . . . add to the list a couple of Richmond supporters who I know of, who personally gloat, and feel some sort of satisfaction regarding this particular win, coupled with the win against the Roys for our last game in Vic in '96 (don't ask me why), as well as that game in '99 (B.Boyd's last), when we came back from 9 goals down, with Boyd putting us in front, minutes to go, until Broderick and Richardson sealed it for the Tigers.

Yes. Responsible for the anti-North-Fitzroy movement! Or was it the "it's-none-of-my-business-but-I'll-tell-Fitzroy-what-to-do-anyway-because-the-AFL-are-paying-me-off" plan?

10 out of 10 for originality there Shinboners. At least we don't throw our arms at the umpires!

If bigfooty is anything to go by, it will be Kangas v lions for sure.

But if Carlton do spit over hammill it will be the most pathetic and hypocritical thing ever.

They should try losing the leagues best midfielders 2 years running (Benny and Jars)

If it was in adelaide i would say Crows v St Kilda...but its not. I think Adelaide fans would give blighty an absolute SERVE.

Hawthorn v Adelaide...i dont think adelaide fans will take nicely to Rehn pissing off
