How come oil is cheaper per barrel than it was in 1980 and petrol costs 7 times more!!!

also the refinement costs are a factor. not just raw oil prices. we dont have many refineries either thee days so are beholden to foreign refinery prices.

Don't talk to me about ray bans. I bought a pair in Radelaide when we were over there as I forgot to bring my sunnies. Then lost them a few weeks later. Sneakily bought a new pair to avoid getting into trouble.

Another few weeks later, I jump into my wife's car wearing ray bans. She opened the console and lo and behold, an identical pair of ray bans.

Speaking of sunnies my stash of Bali specials is waning. Had about a dozen but mate "borrowed" a pair to wear to the breweries and passenger in car sat on another pair. 3 pairs left. Hope they open up Bali again before I run out.

yeah the old head dress gets a bit heavy after a while.

when we go we used to like staying at kuta puri bungalows, lovely little spot in middle of kuta with spacious gardens, 5 min walk to every where and very reasonable pricing, was an older place family owned and the staff were always very pleasent. will be interesting if it still got the same feel, every chance its been bought out by developers.
