Nothing takes two bill cycles to happen so it is clear that whoever created the order stuffed it up although they will lie and blame some other reason. On the other hand the systems are so bad that everyday functions don't work. They are cutting over new systems but when I had a fault a couple of weeks ago I managed to get one of the onshore people onto a call who told me that the new systems are worse than those being replaced (and that is saying something).Used their garbage online text service to change account around 3months ago to save $60 a month give or take.

2 Bill cycles and nothing has changed

Nothing takes two bill cycles to happen so it is clear that whoever created the order stuffed it up although they will lie and blame some other reason. On the other hand the systems are so bad that everyday functions don't work. They are cutting over new systems but when I had a fault a couple of weeks ago I managed to get one of the onshore people onto a call who told me that the new systems are worse than those being replaced (and that is saying something).
The NBN part of the fault we had is fixed although it was actually a legacy of when the street network was a Telstra asset. The 4g failover of my service, which has never worked remains unfixed ( reported multiple times) and they randomly send messages about my service to a mobile number that has been disassociated from the account multiple times (I gave my old number to my son several years back).
Telstra are an abomination.
Now that you mention it I also have the outlook password issue. It was never right as far as I know.So they dont do phone chats on weekends anymore.
Back to messages. The messages from December are all there and they "can see the changes but due to a technical error" blah blah blah.
So despite having the Order Number, the previous conversation, NOW the person wants me to go through the whole Order system again.
Similar to you with tech issues, Outlook via BigPond hasn't worked for 2 years. They cant fix it and it relates to Outlook not recognizing the BigPond password.

personally i dont think its a good idea using a vendor supplied mail service, makes it a pain if or when you change providers, i get buy with 2 hotmail and 2 gmail accounts,So they dont do phone chats on weekends anymore.

I have had a Hotmail account since day one when Microsoft set it up and similarly with Gmail.

Hmmm - maybe mine does as well. I set it up to go to Viet Nam in 1996. I think I managed to send just one or two emails though when I got there as the very few Internet cafe's that existed used dial-up and it was unreliable. I found a place to stay in Hanoi called the Love Cafe that had an internet service that worked although I spent some time fixing things up for the owner. I got a few free T-Shirts with Love Cafe printed on them - and yes... most people thought it was the Hanoi equivalent of Tender Touch (which it wasn't). Although my wife and I did stay in such an establishment in Bangkok one night but that is a different story.my hotmail predates when microsoft took it over.
