Best boss I ever had! Completey unconventional, some would say erratic with lack of consitancy with day to day issues, scary at times, emotive, barely smiles, but when he laughs anyone in ear shot knows about it, and you always, without fail, knew exactly where you stood with him. Has an uncanny knack of keeping so many things going on track in his head at the same time - very impressive. Fair and compassionate. Personally I think he is great.
