No idea mate! They're in Serie B so I don't see or hear much about them these days. They're in with a shout for promotion & I hope they go up.

I got interested in soccer in 89 in the build up to Italia 90. I'm of Irish heritage & follow the Irish national team very closely. Ireland's first ever WC match was vs England in Cagliari, so it has some sentimental value too.

After the WC I followed Serie A very closely. I'd get up watch Italian football on Sunday Mornings on SBS. Cagliari had just been promoted I think & they struggled early on. They caught Lecce near the end of the season & stayed up. Cagliari were pretty crap defensively but weren't bad going forward.

I've always preferred Inter, Roma & Torino in their respective derby's. Chievo Verona intrest me, they seem to have popped up out of nowhere.

Since Italia 90 I've followed The English (All divisions) & Scottish (Celtic, for obvious reasons) leagues very closely, I lost interest in Italy a bit.

I chose Barca & Bayern in their respective leagues for the colours alone. I like watching Ajax in Holland but don't really follow it.

I followed the English leagues until they murdered the real Wimbledon. Now I only look at the bottom half of Division One to make sure the scum are still last.

Wimbledon's rise in the 80's was amazing. Beating Liverpool in the cup final, was the ultimate triumph for good over evil.

Interesting.

I started following soccer at the 1998 World Cup. I've got Italian heritage and my friends do to, so obviously we supported the Azzurri. After that, I decided on AC Milan and haven't regretted it.
