Yep.

Glen Campbell is a close second. The kings
If you haven't had a listen to his re-issued album, Ghost on the Canvas with new duets featuring Sting, Dolly Parton, Elton John, Brian Wilson, Eric Clapton, Daryl Hall, Dave Stewart and lots more.
Full Album

A great album. The last song There's No Me...Without You, is particularly emotional when you consider he died from dementia.

This is the stuff I love. Just amazing.

Another surprise guitarist for me was Christopher Cross. I didn't know how good that guy was.

Agree I purchased this album over a year ago and its a regular for me in the car.

I have been an unashamed Glen Campbell fan for many years, there is something quite spiritually haunting with this album knowing that the duets were cut with the guests input done after Glen had passed.

There Is No Me Without You, is a song that I play and tell my wife of 42 years, this is for you.
Carol King and Glen duet, absolutely nail this song .. its a tear jerker, for me.

Campbells body of work is so diverse and his versatility was much underrated.

From his work with one of the very best ever studio bands The Wrecking Crew, The Beach Boys and his very own illustrious career, he simply entertained and kicked goals where ever he played.

A great musician and an even better entertainer.

He's probably already in this thread but this guy is brilliant

I'm also partial to Desert Rose.

Eric Johnson's voice is a bit limited (not much power or range), but he has a nice tone, and it adds texture to that song.

On another note, I've been surfing temu lately and it's getting really hard to not pull the trigger on one of those Randy Rhoads polkadot v guitars. 😆

I've been looking at guitars on aliexpress, was all set on an 8 string but read the reviews, no good ha ha. I've put heavy strings on my spare electric anyway and just tune it down, I don't need a 7 or 8 string but want one!

I have the.. perhaps misplaced confidence in my own guitar techyness at this stage that even if it's a pos as long as the wood and the finish is alright I can make it a nice guitar. And let's face it where else are you going to get a RR polkadot v for $400? 😂

I mean you know you're a great player when you can rock a polka dot guitar and pull it off, that's for sure!
