Prefixed it as a Rumour as I can't find any other supporting evidence online or even on twitter except for Karl Langdon, but I heard him break the news on 6PR radio so if he's gone that far I'll be surprised if he's wrong.

It's been confirmed that they have agreed to the contract for ages. Just has not been signed yet.
