I think his name is Tiplett, not sure ?

You are right. his name is Sean Triplett. Better known around the traps as 'scorcher'. He followed Dennis over from the Kangaroos.

If you watch chanel 31 'scorcher' is part of the panel on the Western Regions football league's football show 'footy fever'. Scorch played a bit of football at deer park but was pretty useless. Good fella though. I think he is kangaroos supporter but noticed him belting out the Carlton theme song after the win against the scum in the last game. His official role at Carlton is game day manager.

definitely not involved in training. Knowing scorcher he would have seen that guy taking a photo of Big Red and jumped into frame of the shot to get his ugly mug in the photo. Notice he has a tracksuit top on. if he was running a 3.2km time trial he wouldn't be wearing a tracky top with the zip undone.

I'm pretty sure Sean Tripplet is not Dennis's newphew. He worked with Dennis at North in a variety of very minor roles. Dennis likes to bring staff with him if he knows they are loyal, enthusiastic and hard working. Scorcher would be on peanuts in what he is doing at the Blues but be sure he would be doing a fairly good job.
