Well North just continue to shower themselves in glory.:rolleyes:

Have a look at every incident that has happened today. At every one of them there has been more North players involved than Dogs players. Meanwhile the game is going on during most of the incidents.

Where is the Roos players focus, the ball or the man? The vision tells you the answer.

Of course it has a bearing. I'm not saying he deserves to be knocked out or something in return. But if you're gonna get all fired up and hit blokes behind play well then it's fair to expect defenders to play on that a bit surely?

He's still the worst commentator that is just out of the game and I've said that since he started. Tries to make dumb comments sound insightful but it's more like just pointing the obvious out. Doesn't know much about teams and doesn't bring much tactical insight at all.

Harley or Buckley crap all over him as a recent player commentating.

Geez - (some) people are soft...I laughed at what Thomson did...and I really liked Barry's response ... pay a couple of $k for wresting, but who cares...at least he responsed...if more than anything comes of it, then it will be unfortunate... I've found my Kangas performance far more disappointing, and that moment was the highlight of the game

You're coming across very floggish just so you know. Barry Hall cannot be blamed for the actions of Scott Thompson. How that point evades you is baffling me. Interesting it seems there's not many supporters from clubs outside of North Melbourne supporting his actions.

Rocket Eade should cop a fine and come out and support Hall.
When are the Afl and the umpires going to get serious and free kick these defenders who constantly elbow,push and generally harass Barry Hall?
Those gutless little umpires are just waiting for Hall to make a mistake yet they allow him to be infringed against all the time.
Gieshan and Anderson are a f*****g joke who are stuffing up the game.
The umpiring has never been worse.:thumbsd::thumbsd::mad:

I prefer Harley myself, Buckley doesn't add much.

The thing is he didn't really crack at all - he just got the bloke in a headlock and held on - if anyone cracked it was the pathetic weak prick that ended up headbutting him.

the bump (soft as - but cheap as Bazza wasn't watching)....but the headlock was hilarious....thought he may actually KILL Thomo with a choke-out....lol

getting barry off the ground was even funnier, could be said the the entire Roo's team showed more passion trying to stop Hall getting off the ground, than they did in trying to stop the Dogs with their game....

anyway, like usual - all too serious....

Tend to agree - you'd think with all that energy the Kangaroos might try to direct some of it at getting the ball. In the end they lost the game and the fight (such as it was).

I honestly don't understand why you're all getting so angry at North Melbourne. Every team goes out to deliberately aggravate Barry. It's been happening for years and every one of you supports a team that couldn't do it as effectively as what Scott Thompson did.

Stop your sooking, Most of you are either too young or have completely forgotten how football used to be played.

Agreed, and I've been on about this for some time. Forgetting Barry Hall for a moment, the AFL have made it impossible to someone to stand upo for themself, and w***ers like Scott Thompson know they can do whatever they like to upset their opponents without retribution.

I used to play FF, and I would have given Thompson one warning to stay out of my face otherwise he'd he waking up in hospital next Wednesday. I'm sick of all these annoying w***ers in footy who are in your face all day.

It's time this was stopped. A player shouldn't have to put up with any form of physical contact unless they are going for the ball. I feel so sorry for Barry Hall. Some people say he has made his bed, but like anyone else he should be allowed to play the game without unecessary provocation.

As for Thompson, what a gutless pathetic little dweeb he is, but look at his coach and you can understand why.
