I thought this question he put to Joel was funny
"Has it been hard for you to maintain a suntan these past 18 months living in my shadow?"
:D

just seems like fairly typical 'blokey ribbing' to me, and thats not really my thing.

but each to their own! i can see why people find him funny, and why people dont... but he is having a blast with it all, so good luck to him.

i like watching him play football, but i can get better comedy elsewhere. so i pay attention to him during matches, and ignore everything else. simple!

this is something i would do

i take delight in some of the little things/comments i do on the football field that might give my opponent the impression that im a spud footballer, might sneak me a goal or two before they make the change

well done harry, seems like me and you have a bit of a quirky sense of humour

i think that kind of stuff is done a lot better by other people...

i dont find dangerfield very funny personally. but hes having a good time, so whatever!

i do, however, think if he did the same stuff he does now while playing for hawthorn, he would have strips torn off him in here!
Word on the street is that Scott is not too impressed with the big head developing down at KP.

Yeah it's not quite Bay humour.

Clearly only your street then.
The club is massive about making it a balance.
Geez there's a lot of stick up arse types in here....
Thanks for your balanced reply.
I am only reporting what I heard. I may be wrong, maybe not, hope not.
I think you will find I am not a stick up arse type whatever the hell that actually is.

Agree. I am entertained by the personalities on show, some things they do make me laugh. But the reality is, I would be far more entertained by absolute thrashings of opponents.

I notice that Selwood is the opposite. Is only focused on footy. Appears to be a very boring individual and he gets absolutely filthy after losses. I never see him smile and hang around with opponents after games.

The difference between Selwood and Danger/Harry in this context is that Harry and Danger are happy where things are at. No doubt they desperately want premierships, but their outside lives appear to be ideal. This may suit them and help them perform better, it really is horses for course.

Selwood on the other hand is after a legacy. He is single-minded about it. And he knows that the time is right now.
I actually think Joel's work on Mad Monday and his willingness to take the piss on those awful Geelong travel ads show the opposite to the boring remark...and that he has a real personality... he is just 100% business during the season
Agree 100% with your last line :thumbsu:

Harry deploying psy-ops.
Art of the War.
If Geelong meet Adelaide in the finals, Harry has created a psychological edge to use to his advantage.

He's just hamming it up!! A very ham fisted joke no doubt.
