Must suck for you to realise that the blues are so far ahead of your team in premiership success ..and even after a few years of hardship could still buy and sell your pathetic excuse for an AFL club.
16 - 1 and counting:D
Not as much as it would suck to know that I follow a cheating club, I couldn't bear it.

1999: the year your president paid about that much in legal fees to ensure he played in the GF.

Money well spent wouldn't you say ???
Butterss paid that much so Hammil could play in the grand final for Carlton? He must have wanted to watch a "hard" contest.

FWIW Hammil should never have got off for that knee... even if it was Wallis' head it connected to.

Always loved the way Hamill played but he was overpaid by St Kilda considering his style and the potential for injury.

Hopefully he can get back to 100% but seriously I doubt it.

Yes, picking blokes off the square. How ironic that his knee troubles stem from trying to pick off Steve Johnson off the ball.

It is rather ironic that Hamill's critics like to claim he plays the man when all I seem to hear these days is that the game's being turned into netball.

IMO we need more players and teams that play the way Hamill does and not this so called "watchable" circle work that some teams are being praised for playing.

Joffaboy are you the same poster who posted this at Saintsational?
Yeah. So what. its being realistic. I didn't say i was happy about hamill being injured like the delight being shown by Carlton supporters on a players possible career ending injury.

if he is gone he is gone, whats the point moaning about it.

One thing I will never do is to be as low as creeps like Surrey Blue and others who are rejoicing in the injury of a footballer. However when a Cartlon player is seriously injured this year, i will remember the delight they have shown on this thread and will watch with interest when some moron from another club rejoices in their misfortune.

No footballer deserves to be injured, but if for example Stevens is badly injured and a Port supporter rejoices, I would expect that Carlton supporters keep their mouths shut after this disgraceful display.

Again putting a nice spin on things just to make ourselves look good. Amazing.

As for the insults, I'll ignore them again! For now.

Yes, well they all seem to eminate from supporters of a club notorious for carrying handbags so that's not really a surprise.

I seem to remember a few of their "tough" men like G. Ablett courageously elbowing K Barsley guy in the face and one Whiskas Hocking taking Harvs out with a cheapshot, so let's not bleat on about it shall we ??.

Hamill could have been one of Carlton's great players if he'd stayed.

He left, became a two-club player, had a bad run with injury, and basically lost a shot at becoming a great at any club.

It's a shame, was one of my favs at Carlton.

He will be back sunshine. Don't take my word for it. Ross Lyon said so.:D :thumbsu:

This thread is gold.

Aints fans abusing Carlton calling them a rabble and making fun of their wooden spoon. Heard it all now.
St.Kilda - The biggest joke in football history, all countries and codes included.

At least it's good to see then actually contributing to a St Kilda related thread for a change. :thumbsu:
