He was meant to play in the VFL last week after being dropped after Round 3 but got an injury so he stayed on the sidelines.

Is he playing at the minute on ABC with the 'ants?

Think he had a bruised foot when he was omitted. Probably rested for another week before getting back into it. Better to be safe than sorry.

Cheers mate, I'm definitely one for taking the safe route rather than risk him being out for the rest of the season. IE the complete opposite of what the Eagles are doing with Dean Cox...

Ankle injury I believe.
Should be available this week.

Na don't know where they got ankle from. It started out with him bruising a tendon in his foot, near his heel. It was very sore and the docs said all he could pretty much do was ice it up.

Latest is that apparently it was a bit of tendonitis, but he should be ok for this week hopefully.

Dare I mention it ... but Albert Proud is looking alright - love his attack on the ball.

But I'm much happier with Hammo - especially now that we have Hadley !
