hamstring soreness

ive got a bit of a sore hamstring and was wondering what i could do to ease the pain. what sort of stretches? creams, salt baths???? needles?

How longs it been sore for?

Ice it and get yourself a compression bandage.

ice for the first 24 hours, 2hrs on and off.
compression bandage and heat thereafter.

There are plenty of great hamstring stretches. You'll get bet advise from
a physio or other health professional than you will from here.
