Seriously funny movie. Hope the second one doesn't disappoint.

Saw it tonight. Good for a laugh. I really struggled to comprehend how they could rehash the plot line and still keep it fresh. But somehow it didn't feel too corny, i think that's a pretty good effort by the script writer considering it was effectively the same film with a facelift.

When it comes down to it, it really was the same humour but in a different setting. The first film had way more punch to it because it was, well, new. Even the plot line followed the same method. I think that was it's downfall...there were no situations thrown up in their adventures which were relatively "new". The explanation of why they had such a bender was, to be honest, lazy.

Major difference i found was that the humour was a little bit more crude. More sexual, more profanity etc.

All in all a good laugh, but i doubt i'll be remembering it in a few months. If the box office is strong enough i wouldn't be suprised seeing them make a 3rd one.

I just don't find it funny. But then again nor do I like many of the other comedies bein thown up in this thread.

I would've as a teenager (probably), but I just seem to hate most low brow comedies nowadays.

A few mates wake up with no recollection of the night before. Upon investigating, they discover the extent of their escapades - with hilarious results.


How anybody missed that same formula can't be too bright. Heck, at least Aptatow's movies are mostly original concepts, at least in recent times, even if they are rubbish.

Crystal the monkey was awesome, she also was in night of the museum flicks.
She is honestly a better actor then many actresses i know, IE Natalie Portman, Nicole Kidman, Billie Piper.

Lol at Alan's Doogie Howser gag as well. If anyone else but Alan said it, the gay community would be in an uproar

Just got home from watching it tonight.

IMO was ****ing awesome. IMO the 2nd Hangover was on par with the first one. Loved it, loved it from start to finish, don’t think I went longer than 4 or 5 mins without having a LOL moment. Allan was at his brilliant best and you will not be disappointed with Mike Tyson cameo.

Wasn't expecting it to be anywhere near as good as the 1st, but was happy to be wrong.

Just saw this today. Was ****ing awesome.

IMO, I liked the first one better. But the second one did not disappoint.

Not as good as the first as it was pretty much a remake in a different setting.

Lots of laughs though.

I think you get what you expect with this one. Most of the big laughs come from Alan again.

This is such a shame, tall, broad shouldered devilishly good looking, bronzed Aussie male and hell of a nice guy to boot. Has worked on all the big productions in Australia including Matrix, The Pacific, Knowing and the new Jason Statham film Killer Elite. Can only hope he can recover and get back to doing the job that he loves.

Was an enjoyable movie, but definitely nothing more than a 6/10. The plot was far too similar for me to not remember it every single damn minute of the movie. Some good laughs, but the genuine laughs of the first aren't replicated here simply because the surprise format cant be repeated.

Agree with everything Thrillho has said, could always guess what was gonna come next. Few good laughs here and there but just the same story re-told.
