Heaps of water. I mean HEAPS. Get some food into yer even if it tastes awful. If it's not warm where you are, get outside for a spell.

For some people, basic energy drinks like Gatorade seem to work. Hangovers are mainly based on dehydration (that's what drinking does to us) and these things shoot fluid back into the body pretty quickly.

As many bodily functions as possible, too. Every time you visit the loo, belch or pass wind, expels some of nasties.

Hope this helps. It won't though, because I'm doing it all and I could still sweep a floor wth my hangover.

I know you don't want to hear this, but I can get falling down pissed, mix every drink under the sun, and still I have never ever had a hangover.

then a freezing cold can of coke (not bottle, can works better, dont know why) and a couple of fried dimsims

Using the principle that prevention is better than cure, I don't drink.

It makes for an awfully dull life though.

A meat pie and a Gatorade always works. Also try and rememeber to drink as much water as you can before you go to bed. (Not easy when you are as crissed as a picket)

Immerse youself in a body of water. Be sure & wear floaties in case you pass out & drown.

2 litres of Drinking Water at room temperature (easier to drink) accompanied by 3 Panadols before you hit the sack

works like a charm every time.
