Being a winger (a good one) is the hardest.
Tactically I would say the wide striker role(in a 4-3-3) is very hard to teach/play if you don't have a good football brain. Being able to know when and where to be when both attacking and defending is vital in this position and getting it wrong throws the balance of a side totally out of whack.
