I take from discussions so far we are going to have a large list of nominations for the director election this year.

I suspect that CC getting a extension was the result of Dunstalls approaches to CC late last year. There was probably little choice either to let him go or extend his contract. Schwabby was probably caught between a rock and a hard place. Potential replacement coaches were probably all re-signed for 2005 and settled and we would have basically had to write 2005 off.

Should have let him go, then Hawthorn wouldn't have been such a contender.

For God's sake its round 12. We are 5 wins 7 losses. We CAN still make the 8. And probably will. It looks like our best form is coming. A lot of players weren't fully fit at the beginning of the season. Bell, Schammer, Schofield, Hayden WEREN'T FIT. We lost Haddrill at the beginning of the season and he still hasn't returned. Walker and M.Carr have been missing recently. Not to mention the string of other players.

Bell and Schammer looked to have gained some form. Schofield is also coming into form. Once M.Carr and Walker return our midfield unit should be firing. We have Pavlich who is performing as an AA CHF at the moment. Many questioned if he could make the move. McPharlin looks the goods at FF. Farmer is having his best season to date.

Lets see how the year pans out before writing it off. We can still give September a mighty shake if we get there. I think we will. And we will be one of the form teams at the time. Who knows what might happen.

I will settle for nothing less, than the keys to the club. If you people really care about the club, you'll be joining me !

There's no way in hell being the WAFC's 2nd team will ever reap us the rewards . All they want is a club that at least breaks even in the financial stakes and keep the Eagles stadium warm, while they're playing away.

There it is.

More to come later ;)

Should return to the good old days of 2 wins and $2 million dollar losses, that will apease the unrest amongst success starved get ahead of themselves docker supporters

Your club was almost shut down until Schwab and Connolly took over. You think your list is one of the best in the comp, while McManus/Cook are in the midfield you got no hope, as the ball comes back twice as quick especially when that overated dud Mcmanus gets the ball, Captain ha ha what a joke. What about 2 weeks ago when he kicked it over a fwds head to watch the ball get marked by Voss his direct opponent, shows how well the dockers are going with him in the team. he would not get a game in Melb/WC/StKilda or the Cats. You supporters think your a top 4 club, let me tell you those clubs dont have thunderclumpers like McManus

Ripper I admire your passion but even you must admit there is trouble in paradise? I think CC is an excellent development coach...but I dont think he will be the one to get you a flag.

Back OT ..Brad Hardie , he may say he only wants the best for Freo and he will be the first to admit he is wrong. Well if B Hardie wants Freo to succeed he better tell his ''contact'' who is whiteanting the club , that his 'tips'' are not worth a bucket of sh(t. Twice now Brad Hardie has had inside info and it can only come from someone inside the club. I appreciate BH has a job and his job is to get the best for 6pr, but its the person feeding him this info that needs a good hard look at his ''loyalty'' . All it does is send a message that CC does not have the support of the group around him. And thats not good for Fremantle FC

When a team is not performing there are always so-called white ants. There will be someone with an axe to grind. Usually ppl who havent the balls to publicly stand up and make the comments.

We're at the crossroads here, injuries to half out top 22; Sides are always going to have a hard time. But there could be a silver lining to this cloud. We might actually unearth some players of the future.

Freo always for some reason has less leeway than other clubs before they get scrutinised and criticised. Our list isnt so superior to other clubs. Probably no more than a mid-ranking list.

I've said it once but I'll say it again. We are at 5 and 7, have heaps of talent etc etc but we play a brand of football that lacks desperation, where even our best players don't contest strongly, where our tackles don't stick, where out skills are poor (which is why we'll never win at the SCG where you need to be pin-point) and where we don't run hard enough to get numbers around the pill or to create an option.

Watch the videos of our games, slo-mo the contests and have a look at the game contest-by-contest. You'll see a lot of our players ball watching, or waiting for someone else to get in there.

Must say, I admire Ripper's integrity and loyalty to the Dockers hierarchy.

Don't agree with it.

But it is admirable.

Ripper is right on the mark. With the amount of white anting going on I'm suprised the whole place down at Freo isn't a pile of dust. Dutchey and his MOB cohorts harping about the coach and the administration so they can continue to grind there own particular axe are of no help to the club at all. Instabilty does not breed success. In fact stability is a key ingredient to success in this caper.
The fact remains that we have an OK list but not a great one. We have been ravaged by injuries to key players all year. Thats' football. Still we're not out of the hunt. The side will be stronger as we regain players.
I for one am sick of all the bagging going on.

If keeping your head in the ground gets you bye, good luck to you. Unfortunately there is a real world out there and every now and then it can bite you on the bum. Sure go on believing everything is all rosey within but very shortly you are going to find out the truth. It will frighten you. Your 1st instinct will be to bury your head back in the sand and when you pop out for a look next time, you'll be saying "I wish I had've been a part of turning Fremantle into the peoples club but I never had the balls to stand up for anything in my miserable life", not to worry, we'll still love you none the less.

I for one am sick of hearing people accept second best. Obvious you people that think CC is going well embrace a certain form of failure. Who cares what the past was, we got through it, but now it is time for a bit of success. We've deserved it.

As someone said, the team today is a much better team then 1997, which was a rabble. Yet Neesham was still able to get that team within a win of the finals, while CC struggles to come even close. Says a lot I think.

I've always suspected Fanta Pants has had MOB connections.

Isn't it amazing how people think all this talk must be coming from the M.O.B ? For your info, the M.O.B is now a social club for supporters to watch Freo away games and mingle with fellow Fremantle supporters. They have taken on the roll of providing what the FFC is not interested in providing.....a club atmosphere. Thanks to the SFFC for having the balls to help out by providing the venue.

It's not well known that the Yuppie tried to squash this last year. Imagine the nerve of some people trying to feel like they are involved with the club, just because they are 'members'. A bit like expecting an unelected board member or coach or player frequenting the BWR after a loss. You've got Freo TV played in the BWR, what more do these people want ?

Oh, I'm standing up ol son. But it's to say your wrong. Not everything is rosey by a long shot. But the answer is not to sack the coach and start again...again.
Sure I dont agree with a lot of things that have happened at the club (That FTV crap in the BWR for a start) but I happen to think trying to tear it apart by constantly bagging all concerned is not at all constructive.

Big calls.

The issue with Freo is you never know what's going to happen on any given day.

It's what drives their fans insane.
