Hardness.

Ok so we lost the game, bound to happen sooner or later but today was concerning in a couple of areas, really concerning.

The hardness at the ball and the one percenters we are renowned for went sorely missing on a few occasions, IMO there is no such thing as a dead rubber and some players today squibed the contest and did not want it enough, you do not arrive to the contest second and expect to win so we deserved what we got.

I hope to god that these blokes get their crap together for next week because on the last two weeks efforts we are not in as strong position as some would think, when we become the hunted in games we look far below what our record suggests.

I'm tempted to bump one of the threads from round 22 last year as well. Those were full of the rhetoric I'm reading now, "Looked like two teams trying to avoid injury", etc. We know how that finals series went. It is a massive concern to be putting in efforts like that this close to finals. Gotta flip the switch next week.

we should of thrown our bodies on the line and see how many injuries we could of nabbed before finals... or run ourself into the ground so we have nothing left in the tank for the weak stuff that we have ahead.
